Terms & Condition of Warranty Claim for Smart Devices & Accessories:

• Sold products are non-refundable.

• Active / Inactive status of the device must be verified before purchase. No later objection in this regard is admissible.

• 10 days Replacement Warranty (excluding display/touch issue) applicable only for these devices: Smartphone/Tab/TV/MacBook.

• Get 1 (one) year free service warranty for Smartphone/Tab/MacBook (Parts/Hardware excluded). In case of hardware issues and problems with the motherboard, Customers will have to bear the cost of Parts Price, Service Charge (Parts Installation Charge) will be borne by Apple Empire

• Reasons for which warranty will not apply:
  1. Physical Damage/Scratch on product and product packaging Liquid damage
  2. Camera damage (Internal/External). Unauthorized software modification (Root/Brick/Jailbreak).
  3. Software/security update issues like Over-Heating, Battery Draining, Battery Health Decreasing, Device Lagging etc.

• 3 days warranty is applicable only for non-warranty products. (Excluding product display/touch issue, liquid damage, physical damage, producer’s box damage)

• Non-Warranty products include: Smart Watch, AirPods, Power Adapter, Cable, Bluetooth Speaker and other accessories.

• In case of warranty claim of Accessories (Smart Watch, AirPods, Power Adapter, Cable, Bluetooth Speaker etc.) with Official Warranty, it is mandatory to keep the box and warranty sticker. In this case it may take 03 to 07 working days.

• Apple/Samsung’s Watch, AirPods, Mouse, Pencil, Keyboard 10 days warranty is applicable. (Excluding display/touch issues, liquid damage, physical damage, product box damage)

• In case of purchasing any product from the outlet, it is specially requested to check whether there are any defects or scratches in the product (device body/camera/display) or its packaging by unboxing before activating the device. Asked to make a video while unboxing if needed. Later no complaint regarding this will be entertained.

• If there is any defect in the product received through courier, then to make a warranty claim, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it.

• If purchasing the product through courier, unboxing video must be taken while opening the package of the device so that it can be presented as proof in future if any defect occurs. Any problem with the courier product must be reported on the day of receipt of the order, otherwise warranty benefits will not be available.

• Due to production variation in different Sales Regions and different Batches of the same product, the new product may differ slightly from your previously used product such as: Fitting / Display Color / Headphone Sound Quality / Packaging etc.

• If you want to make a warranty claim, you must appear at the outlet in person with the product box and invoice/bill.

• Any refund will be processed within three working days. Please note, the mode of refund (Bank Transfer / Mobile Banking) will be decided by Apple Empire.

• Apple Empire reserves the right to modify/modify/modify any policy at any time without prior notice.

স্মার্ট ডিভাইস এবং আনুষাঙ্গিকগুলির জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির শর্তাবলী:

• বিক্রিত পণ্য অফেরতযোগ্য।
• ডিভাইসের Active / Inactive স্ট্যাটাস অবশ্যই কেনার আগে যাচাই করে নিশ্চিত করে নিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে এই বিষয়ে কোনো আপত্তি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• ১০ দিনের Replacement Warranty (ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু ব্যতীত ) শুধুমাত্র এই ডিভাইসগুলোর জন্য প্রযোজ্যঃ Smartphone/ Tab/TV/MacBook।
• Smartphone/Tab/MacBook (Parts/ Hardware excluded) এর জন্য পাবেন ১ (এক) বছরের ফ্রি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি | হার্ডওয়্যার ইস্যু ও মাদারবোর্ডে সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে পার্টস- এর ব্যয় বহন করতে হবে। সার্ভিস চার্জ (Parts Installation Charge) Apple Empire বহন করবে৷
• যেসব কারণে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে নাঃ
  1. প্রোডাক্ট ও প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেজিং-এ Physical Damage/Scratch | লিকুইড ড্যামেজ
  2. ক্যামেরা ড্যামেজ (Internal/External) । আনঅখোরাইজড সফটওয়্যার মোডিফিকেশন (Root/Brick/Jailbreak) ।
  3. সফটওয়্যার/ সিকিউরিটি আপডেটজনীত সমস্যা যেমন Over-Heating, Battery Draining, Battery Health Decreasing, Device Lagging ইত্যাদি।
• শুধুমাত্র non-Warranty প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য । (প্রোডাক্ট এর ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু, লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিকাল ড্যামেজ, প্রোডাক্টরের বক্স ড্যামেজ ব্যতীত)
• Non-Warranty প্রোডাক্টের মধ্যে রয়েছেঃ Smart Watch, AirPods, Power Adapter, Cable, Bluetooth Speaker সহ অন্যান্য এক্সেসরিস।
• Official Warranty সম্বলিত Accessories (Smart Watch, AirPods, Power Adapter, Cable, Bluetooth Speaker ইত্যাদি) এর ওয়ারেন্টি Claim এর ক্ষেত্রে বক্স এবং ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সংরক্ষণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক | এক্ষেত্রে ০৩ থেকে ০৭ কর্মদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
• Apple/Samsung এর Watch, AirPods, Mouse, Pencil, Keyboard এর জন্য ১০ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য । (এর ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু,লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ, প্রোডাষ্টের বক্স ড্যামেজ ব্যতীত)
• আউটলেট থেকে যেকোন পণ্য ক্রয় এর ক্ষেত্রে করে ডিভাইস একটিভ করার পূর্বে Unboxing করে প্রোডাক্ট (ডিভাইসের বডি/ক্যামেরা/ডিসপ্লে) কিংবা এর প্যাকেজিং এ কোন ত্রুটি বা স্ক্রাচ রয়েছে কিনা যাচাই করার জন্য বিশেষ ভাবে অনুরোধ করা হল। প্রয়োজনে Unboxing করার সময় ভিডিও করে রাখার জন্য বলা হল ৷ পরবর্তীতে এ সংক্রান্ত কোন অভিযোগ গ্রাহ্য হবে না।
• কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে নেওয়া প্রোডাক্ট এ যদি কোন ত্রুটি দেখা যায়, তবে Warranty Claim করার জন্য তা হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য কিনলে অবশ্যই ডিভাইসের প্যাকেজ খোলার সময় Unboxing ভিডিও করে রাখতে হবে যেন কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে ভবিষ্যতে প্রমাণ হিসাবে উপস্থাপন করা যায়। কুরিয়ারের পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে অবশ্যই অর্ডরটি রিসিভের দিনই জানাতে হবে, অন্যথায় ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে না।
• একই পণ্য বিভিন্ন Sales Region এবং বিভিন্ন Batch – এ প্রোডাকশনের ভিন্নতার কারণে আপনার পূর্বে ব্যবহৃত পণ্যটির সাথে নতুন পণ্যটির কিছুটা তারতম্য হতে পারে যেমন: ফিটিং / ডিসপ্লে রং / হেডফোনের সাউন্ড কোয়ালিটি / প্যাকেজিং ইত্যাদি |
• Warranty Claim করতে চাইলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই স্ব-শরীরে প্রোডাক্টের বক্স ও ইনভয়েস/বিল সহ আউটলেটে হাজির হতে হবে।
• যেকোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড তিন কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেসিং করা হবে। খেয়াল করুন, রিফান্ড দেয়ার মাধ্যম (ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার/ মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং) Apple Empire কর্তৃক ঠিক করা হবে।
• যেকোনো সময় পূর্বের কোনো ঘোষণা ছাড়াই Apple Empire যেকোনো পলিসি পরিবর্তন/পরিমার্জন/পরিবধনের ক্ষমতা রাখে।
