অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ সংক্রান্ত নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্যঃ

◉ যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের অর্ডার গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম গ্রহণের পরিমাণ :

৫,০০০/- এর কম মুল্যের এক্সেসরিজের ক্ষেত্রে ঃ ৩০৫/- টাকা (আউটসাইড ঢাকা সিটি)

৫,০০০/- থেকে ৫০,০০০/- মূল্যের যে কোনো প্রোডাক্টের এর জন্য ঃ ১,০১৫/- টাকা।

৫০,০০০ টাকার বেশি মূল্যের যে কোনো প্রোডাক্টের এর জন্য ঃ ২,০৩০/- টাকা

◉ ঢাকা মেট্রো এর মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এর মাধ্যমে নেওয়া যাবে।

সময়কাল- ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টা।

২। ডিভাইস / প্রিমিয়াম এক্সেসারিজ- ২৫০-৫০০ টাকা
 সময়কাল- ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টা

৩। এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি- ৫০০-১০০০ টাকা (ফুল পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম প্রযোজ্য)
সময়কাল- ০৩ থেকে ৬ ঘন্টা

◉ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে ফুল পেমেন্ট করলে যেকোনো এক্সেসরিজ বা ডিভাইসের (মোবাইল/ট্যাব/ল্যাপটপ) কুরিয়ার চার্জ একদম ফ্রি।

◉ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে রেগুলার এক্সেসরিজ  ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ  ১০০/- টাকা হবে, ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে দূরত্বের এর উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তন হতে পারে এবং ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে ডিভাইস এবং এক্সসরিজ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১২০-২০০ টাকা হবে। ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন্ করা হবে।ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে ২ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

◉  ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে যেকোনো ডিভাইস অথবা এক্সেসরিজ পার্শিয়াল পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট এর ধরণ অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১২০/- থেকে ২০০/- টাকা হবে এবং কন্ডিশন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী।

◉  ঢাকার বাইরে বিভাগীয় ও জেলা শহর ব্যতিত সকল উপজেলা , থানা ইত্যাদি পর্যায়ে পন্যের ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ ফুল পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক । ( কারন সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস জেলা ব্যতিত উপজেলা, থানা পর্যায়ে কোনো ধরনের আর্থিক লেনদেন করবে না )

◉ ঢাকার বাইরে বিভাগীয় ও জেলা শহর ব্যতিত উপজেলা বা থানা পর্যায়ে ডিভাইস ডেলিভারি করা হয় না।

The following terms and conditions apply regarding order processing and delivery charges:

◉ Amount of Advance Acceptance in case of taking order of any product:

In case of accessories worth less than 5,000/- : Tk 305/- (Outside Dhaka City)

5,000/- to 50,000/- for any product: Tk. 1,015/-

For any product worth more than 50,000/- : Tk. 2,030/-

◉ Inside Dhaka Metro, products can be obtained through Cash on Delivery (COD) method.

  1. Accessories – 100 BDT Duration – 24 to 72 hours
  2. Devices / Premium Accessories  250-500 BDT Duration – 24 to 48 hours
  3. Express Delivery – 500-1000 BDT (Applicable with full prepayment) Duration – 3 to 6 hours

These cash on delivery and time frame options are available for accessories within Dhaka Metro.

◉For standard delivery outside Dhaka city, if you make a full payment, the courier charge for any accessory or device (mobile/tablet/laptop) will be completely free.

◉ For cash on delivery of regular accessories within Dhaka City, the delivery charge will be BDT 100/-. The delivery charge may vary depending on the distance. For device and accessories courier service outside Dhaka City, the courier charge will be between BDT 120 to BDT 200. Within Dhaka City, delivery will be completed within a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 working days. Outside Dhaka City, delivery will be completed within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 working days.

[Note: Orders for any product must be placed by 5.30 pm. Any product order after 5.30 PM will be treated as next day order.]

◉ In case of partial payment order for any device or accessories outside Dhaka city, the courier charge will be Tk 120/- to Tk 200/- depending on the type of product and the condition charge will be applicable as per the rules of the courier company.

◉ For product delivery in divisions, districts, and cities outside Dhaka, advance full payment with delivery charges is mandatory. (Because Sundarban Courier Service doesn’t allow any financial transactions at the sub-district or police station level.

◉ Delivery of devices is not available in sub-districts or police stations outside Dhaka division.

Refund and Return Policy:

রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতিঃ

◉ শপ থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই শপে বিক্রয়কর্মীর সামনে চেক করে কিনবেন। পরবর্তীতে সমস্যা হলে যদি পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে তবে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত হবে।

◉ অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাবার পর পণ্যের একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করে মেনুফেকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকলে আমাদের হটলাইনে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। ২৪ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

◉ অর্ডার গ্রহন এর পর মার্কেট এ প্রোডাক্ট না থাকার কারনে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভার করতে ব্যার্থ হলে কাস্টমার কে ২৪ ঘন্টা এর মধ্যে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।

◉ নির্দিষ্ট কারণে পণ্য রিটার্ন দেয়ার পর অথবা গ্রহণযোগ্য কারণে মূল্য রিফান্ড করতে ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবস এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস  সময় লাগতে পারে।

◉ সকল প্রকার মোবাইল ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস/ অনলাইন গেটওয়ে / POS দ্বারা গৃহীত পেমেন্ট রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। শুধু ওয়েবসাইট এ প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের নগদ যে মূল্য সেটিই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

◉ ক্রেতাগন যদি পেমেন্ট করার সময় কোন প্রকার ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে রিফান্ড করার সময় ক্যাশব্যাকের সমপরিমান টাকা কেটে রাখা হবে।

◉ অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।

◉ অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর সম্মানিত ক্রেতাগন প্রোডাক্ট যদি সংগ্রহ না করেন সেক্ষেত্রে তার করা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট কর্তন করা হবে।

◉ যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পূর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।

◉ ক্রেতাগন যদি  SSLCOMMERZ অনলাইন গেটওয়ে এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্য করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে SSLCOMMERZ এর রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।

Refund and Return Policy:

◉ In the case of purchasing products from the shop, you must check and buy in front of the salesperson at the shop. Later problems will be covered under the warranty if the product has a warranty.

◉ In case of online order, after receiving the delivery of the product, an unboxing video of the product should be reported to our hotline in case of manufacturing defect within 24 hours. In case the product ordered is not available, the advance payment will be refunded. No refund will be accepted after 24 hours.

◉ After receiving the order, if the product fails to deliver due to non-availability of the product in the market, the payment will be refunded to the customer within 24 hours.

◉ It may take 3 to 7 working days and in the field of online payments it may take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days after the return of the product or upon acceptance of valid reason for returning the product.

◉ Refund charges will be applicable for payment made through all types of Mobile Financial Services / Online Gateways / POS. Only the cash value of the product displayed on the website will be refunded.

◉ If the customer has received any kind of cashback at the time of payment, the amount equal to the cashback will be deducted at the time of refund.

◉ Customer cannot change the product after couriering the ordered product.

◉ If the esteemed customer does not collect the product after couriering the ordered product, the advance payment will be deducted.

◉ If the customer wants to change the product before the product is couriered, if the desired product is in our stock, he can change it, but he will not be able to take the payment refund.

◉ If the esteemed customers have completed the payment through SSLCOMMERZ online gateway, the payment will be refunded as per the refund policy of SSLCOMMERZ

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
