We are excited to announce a hiring notice for the position of Telesales Executive at Apple Empire
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬
Type: Full Time (8 Hours, Roster Based – Morning/Evening Shifts)
Weekly Holiday: 1 day
Workdays: 6 days a week
Location: Apple Empire Office, Panthapath, Dhaka
Number of Vacancies: 5
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Handling sales and inquiries related to Mobile, Gadgets, & Tech Products.
• Managing inbound calls and messages across all Social Media Platforms.
• Providing customer assistance and communicating with clients patiently and effectively.
• Successfully completing daily Targets and Tasks
• Working in one of two duty shifts (Morning/Evening) as per the roster.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Educational Background: HSC / Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent typing proficiency in both Bengali (Avro/Bijoy) and English.
• Prior experience of at least 1 year in a Call Center will be given preference.
• Proficiency in Social Media Message Handling.
• Ability to Multitask (Call + Message) effectively under pressure.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Minimum HSC completed or above.
Experience: Must have 06-12months minimum experience in direct sales industries.
(Brand promoter in mobile industry will get preference)
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary - Negotiable

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Greeting customers in a professional manner and providing product information to generate sales.
• Demonstrating customer's desired product sharing all related features and answering customer queries.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing; informing customers about various offers.
• Achieve sales target generating maximum sales.
• Build and maintain professional networks with the clients maintaining the proper customer database.
• Briefing the customers about warranty & refund policies.
• Coordinate on-time delivery of products and ensure outstanding customer service following the company policy.
• Assist Outlet Manager to execute the required tasks within the showroom and support in maintaining inventory.
• Collect and analyze information, prepare counter wise data and sales reports as per requirement.
• Counting Inventory as per requirement.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
• Must be Energetic, Smart, and optimistic personality.
• Understanding of the retail sales process.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Should be target oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Candidate should have long term mindset to work.
