The following terms and conditions apply regarding order processing and delivery charges:

• Amount of Advance Acceptance in case of taking order of any product:

• Accessories can be taken through Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka Metro.

• In case of standard delivery, courier charges for any accessories or devices (mobile/tab/laptop) are absolutely free on full payment.

• In case of Cash On Delivery of any accessories within Dhaka city, the delivery charge will be from Tk 70/- to Tk 100/-, depending on the distance in particular the delivery charge may change and the delivery will be completed within 3 to 5 working days. [Note: Orders for any product must be placed by 3.00 pm. Any product order after 3.00 PM will be treated as next day order.]

• In case of partial payment order for any device or accessories outside Dhaka city, the courier charge will be Tk 100/- to Tk 200/- depending on the type of product and the delivery will be completed within 3 to 10 working days. The condition charge will be applicable as per the rules of the courier company.

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ সংক্রান্ত নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্যঃ

• যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টের অর্ডার গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম গ্রহণের পরিমাণ : 

• ঢাকা মেট্রো এর মধ্যে এক্সেসরিজ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এর মাধ্যমে নেওয়া যাবে।

• স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ফুল পেমেন্ট করলে যেকোনো এক্সেসরিজ বা ডিভাইসের (মোবাইল/ট্যাব/ল্যাপটপ) কুরিয়ার চার্জ একদম ফ্রি।

• ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে যেকোনো আনুষাঙ্গিক ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০/- টাকা থেকে ১০০/- টাকা হবে, বিশেষ করে দূরত্বের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং ডেলিভারিটি ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। [দ্রষ্টব্য: যেকোনো পণ্যের জন্য বিকাল ৩.০০ টার মধ্যে অর্ডার দিতে হবে। বিকাল ৩.০০ টার পর যে কোন পণ্যের অর্ডার পরের দিনের অর্ডার হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।]

• ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে যেকোনো ডিভাইস অথবা এক্সেসরিজ পার্শিয়াল পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট এর ধরণ অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১০০/- থেকে ২০০/- টাকা হবে এবং ডেলিভারিটি ৩ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। কন্ডিশন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী।
